House of Rose Professional launches CEOSource, a premium leadership search brand for CEO, board and C-suite appointments, with founder-led search and candidate guarantee.
House of Rose Professional on Wednesday launched CEOSource, a premium leadership search business focused on CEO and board appointments, as well as other C-suite roles. The Singapore-based firm said the new brand differentiates through founder-led search and a guarantee to deliver a final candidate meeting agreed criteria.
Anthony A. Rose, chairman and CEO of House of Rose Professional, will personally lead every assignment. "Leadership has never mattered more," Rose said in a statement. "The appointment of a CEO or senior leader is one of the most consequential decisions any Board will make. We created CEOSource to bring together deep business experience, trusted leadership relationships and senior-level judgement to help clients make those decisions with confidence."
CEOSource complements BeliEVE, the company's specialist executive search business focused on accelerating women into the C-suite and CEO office. Together they form part of House of Rose Professional's integrated leadership platform, which also includes executive coaching and leadership development, as well as crisis anticipation services.
Bob McDonald, former chairman and CEO of Procter & Gamble and a member of the company's advisory council, said the new service combines an exceptional global leadership network with deep expertise. "The world's best leaders are rarely looking for their next opportunity," McDonald said. "Identifying and engaging those leaders depends on trusted relationships built over decades."
Alex von Behr, former global chief customer officer of Unilever and strategic advisor to CEOSource, said the service helps clients find exceptional leaders quickly without compromising quality. "Every day a critical leadership position remains vacant it represents lost momentum," von Behr said.
Procter & Gamble, whose former chairman endorsed the service, carries an Alpha Score of 55 at AlphaScala, while Unilever, whose former executive serves as advisor, scores 57. Both companies are in the consumer staples sector.
House of Rose Professional, founded in 2014 by former Walmart and Procter & Gamble executive Anthony A. Rose, has worked with more than 70,000 leaders across 750 organizations worldwide.
