Binance listed 10 bStocks pairs including Netflix and ASML. Maker fees stay at zero through Aug. 31, and tokenized equities sit at a record $2.3B market cap.
Binance listed ten bStocks pairs on its spot market at 12:00 UTC Wednesday, adding tokenized versions of Netflix and ASML to the exchange's crypto order books.
The full list covers ALABB/USDT (Astera Labs), ASMLB/USDT (ASML), ASTSB/USDT (AST SpaceMobile), BMNRB/USDT (Bitmine Immersion Technologies), COHRB/USDT (Coherent), CRDOB/USDT (Credo Technology Group), IRENB/USDT (IREN Limited), NFLXB/USDT (Netflix), SMCIB/USDT (Super Micro Computer) and USARB/USDT (USA Rare Earth). Trading runs around the clock.
Binance switched on its Spot Algo Trading Bot for each pair at the same time. Conversions between the tokenized stocks and Bitcoin (BTC) or USDT carried no fee in the first hour after trading began, the exchange said.
Traditional shareholders can exchange their securities for bStocks at a 1:1 ratio with no commission. Binance's statement frames that channel as a way to pull liquidity from conventional equity markets into the digital ecosystem.
bStocks are tokenized securities certificates issued by BTech Holdings Limited under a prospectus approved in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. They represent an interest in underlying assets held in custody, not direct ownership of company shares, per Binance's product documentation.
The tokens are not shares. Holders get no voting rights at corporate meetings and no dividend payments; the instrument tracks the reference stock's price.
Industry analysts describe tokenized stocks as a way to widen global access to U.S. equity exposure, while stressing the legal gap between a tokenized derivative and registered ownership of the underlying security.
Margin traders got a second use case. The ten pairs are eligible collateral across Binance's margin services, covering Cross Margin and both Portfolio Margin tiers. The collateral function is limited to users with VIP 3 status or higher in permitted jurisdictions and carries no lending support for those assets, according to terms Binance published.
Binance said bStocks crossed $500 million in assets under management on July 28, seven weeks after the product launched with $5.6 million. Tokenized equities across Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana hit a record $2.3 billion market cap around the same time; Kraken's xStocks accounted for roughly $507 million of that total.
The same demand is visible on Robinhood's chain, where tokenized QQQ products drove 288% of July volume. Binance's broader TradFi stack now includes pre-IPO perpetual contracts and direct shares of more than 7,000 U.S.-listed companies, with bStocks as the on-chain layer.
The batch follows earlier bStocks additions such as Intel and MicroStrategy. Among the newly listed companies, ASML carries an Alpha Score of 66 on AlphaScala's 100-point scale, labeled Moderate. IREN sits at 39 and Coherent at 50, both labeled Mixed.
To support early volume, Binance set maker fees to zero on all eligible bStocks pairs. The promotion runs from the listing time through Aug. 31, 2026, at 23:59 UTC, after which standard platform fees apply. Binance advised users to review its fee schedule and margin levels before the campaign ends.
