AlphaScala Daily: NKE cluster buy, gold slips off highs
Tuesday, August 18, 2026
Good morning.
Gold is off its highs at $4,391, down 0.57%, with ether and bitcoin both softer overnight. Nike drew the loudest insider signal: four buyers put $2.17M to work over the past month, dwarfing the 10-insider cluster at TSM that netted just $45K. Flywire tops the model at 85, ahead of DHT and gold miner Kinross at 79. UK claimant count data is the one high-importance print on the calendar. Let's dive in.
