Tesla Driver on Autopilot Crashes Into Texas Home, Killing Woman

A woman died in Texas after a Tesla crashed through a brick home while the driver said the car's automated driving-assistance system was engaged, authorities said. The crash happened late Sunday in the Dallas suburb of Plano. The car struck the home's front wall, killing a woman inside, police said. The driver was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Officers on scene said the driver told them the vehicle was operating on Tesla's Autopilot or Full Self-Driving mode.
