The tool includes an AI Optimize feature that refines the prompt if the initial output feels off. The free tier covers the full build and hosting, with no per-user subscription. The company said the process takes 15–20 minutes depending on complexity, with clarifying questions asked along the way. The tracker can be embedded on a personal domain or used as an internal admin site. Love Spreadsheets positions the product as a replacement for paid tools like Asana, Monday, and ClickUp, which charge $10 per person per month. The sheet remains the user's own data; the AI layer sits on top.
