Bybit integrates tokenized U.S. equities via xStocks into Dual Asset products, offering crypto-native users short-dated yield on NVDA, AAPL, GOOGL, and more from 30 USDT.
Bybit will begin offering tokenized U.S. equities as underlying assets in its Dual Asset structured product lineup, the exchange said Tuesday. The rollout makes Bybit the first centralized crypto exchange to use xStocks as the reference for this type of yield product, according to the announcement.
The initial set of six tokenized equity references spans aerospace, big tech, and financial services: SpaceX, Nvidia (NVDA), Apple (AAPL), Alphabet (GOOGL), Coinbase (COIN), and Amazon (AMZN). Bybit said the selection reflects areas drawing concentrated investor attention, from AI and semiconductor demand to cloud infrastructure, crypto rails, and space technology.
“Dual Asset has been a way for users to convert conviction into yield,” said Jerry Li, head of Bybit’s Earn and Wealth Management unit. “Extending that structure to tokenized stocks shows where investor attention is going. Crypto-native users want access to AI, technology, and space exploration through tools they already understand.”
The product works like a standard Dual Asset structure. Users pick an xStocks trading pair, a target price, and an investment term. Available tenors are 8 hours, 1 day, and 7 days. Subscription sizes range from 30 USDT to 200,000 USDT per order. At settlement, the payout depends on whether the referenced equity price is above or below the chosen strike. The settlement asset can change based on the outcome.
Bybit stressed that Dual Asset products are non-principal-protected. Adverse moves and volatility can lead to receiving a different asset than expected, and outcomes can differ materially from a direct spot position.
According to AlphaScala data, NVDA currently holds an Alpha Score of 73 out of 100, with GOOGL at 70 and AMZN at 51, all in the Moderate to Mixed range.
Bybit said the integration broadens use cases for traders seeking defined-time exposure. Investors can earn a fixed expected return while waiting for a preferred entry or exit level, or choose a time-bound structured outcome instead of a direct purchase. The approach appeals to users who want precision around settlement dates and payoff conditions, the exchange said.
The xStocks-linked Dual Asset products are now available on Bybit. Details on eligibility, supported instruments, and product mechanics are provided through the exchange’s official channels and subject to applicable terms and restrictions.
