Willis Towers Watson has appointed Oliver Pryce as Head of Corporate Risk & Broking Southeast Asia and Rupert Roberts as Chief Commercial Officer for Asia, both effective Jan. 4, 2027, the firm said Monday.
Pryce, based in Singapore, will take over the regional CRB role from Roberts. Roberts will move into the newly created CCO position, also based in Singapore.
Pryce returns to Willis after five years with another international broker. He brings leadership experience across Asia and relationships with clients, insurers and market stakeholders, WTW said.
Luke Ware, Head of Asia at WTW, said in a statement: "I am delighted to welcome Oliver back to Willis. He brings a strong combination of commercial acumen, broking expertise and leadership capability, together with deep client relationships."
Roberts' new role will cover the full commercial cycle, from origination through to retention and expansion, integrating sales, account management and industry specialties, the firm said.
Ware added that the appointments mark "an important step forward" in the firm's ambition to build Asia's best risk advisor and client partner.
The appointments take effect in January, with both executives reporting to Ware.
