Bruno Dumais resigned from the board of VVC Resources, the company said Friday. The board accepted the resignation and expressed regret, thanking Dumais for his service. The position will remain vacant until a new candidate is appointed.
"I would like to express our deep appreciation to Bruno for his commitment to VVC," Chief Executive Jim Culver said. "We value the insight and guidance he has provided during his tenure."
VVC explores for helium and industrial gas in the western United States and copper and associated metals in northern Mexico.
