Voicegain hired former Blue Cross Blue Shield exec Brian Krajewski as VP of customer success as its healthcare payer customer base hits 15 in 2026.
Voicegain, a Dallas-based provider of voice AI tools for health insurers, has hired Brian Krajewski as vice president of customer success, the company said Tuesday. His appointment comes as the firm's healthcare payer customer base has grown to 15 this year.
Krajewski previously held managing director and director roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Spectrum Health (now Corewell Health) and Priority Health, where he oversaw operations, program management and IT. In his new role, he will lead Voicegain's customer success team and work with clients to ensure they see measurable returns from their voice AI investments, the company said.
"Adding Brian to our leadership team is another exciting milestone in Voicegain's growth," said Arun Santhebennur, co-founder and CEO. "With that growth comes an even greater responsibility to make sure our customers are successful with their investments in Voicegain."
The hiring signals a push to deepen Voicegain's position in the health-payer market. Insurers are turning to artificial intelligence to lower costs and improve member and provider experience, and that demand has driven the firm's recent traction. New business wins have created the need for leadership dedicated to helping customers achieve strong outcomes as they implement and expand Voicegain's Casey suite, the company said.
Krajewski described the shift as more operational than technological. "Health plans don't have a technology problem. They have a 'did it actually work' problem," he said. "Health plans are under tremendous pressure to improve service while managing costs and increasing engagement."
He will serve as a strategic partner to clients including Alliance Health and Samaritan, helping them move beyond deploying AI to achieving measurable business results. His payer experience will also provide a customer perspective as Voicegain continues to enhance Casey, the company said.
Voicegain, founded in 2020, is based in Dallas.
