VinSpace, a Vietnamese aerospace company, signed a launch contract with SpaceX. The company’s first satellites will fly on a Transporter rideshare mission in 2027, under SpaceX’s program that lets multiple customers share a single launch. VinSpace is responsible for the design, manufacturing, and on-orbit operation of the satellites.
The agreement moves VinSpace closer to its first orbital missions. The company announced in April 2026 that it planned to develop and launch its own satellites by 2027.
