The relocation to 5300 NW 77th Court gives the community management firm a central hub for its South Florida operations, CEO Yani Lopez Castillo said.
Veridian moved its headquarters to 5300 NW 77th Court in Doral, Florida. The community management company said the relocation creates a central hub for its expanding South Florida operations.
The move reflects Veridian’s push to scale its vertically integrated model, which bundles daily operations, board execution, and resident support under one framework. CEO Yani Lopez Castillo called the new office an important milestone.
"As we continue to grow, this new headquarters gives us the space, infrastructure, and central positioning to better support our teams, our clients, and the communities we serve," he said.
The Doral space will house leadership, client support, and operational planning. It replaces Veridian’s previous Miami location.
Veridian manages HOA and condominium communities across Florida. Its model combines in-house teams with vetted vendors. The company said the centralized base strengthens its ability to coordinate services and maintain oversight.
Lopez Castillo added that the headquarters reflects "the organization we are building – one that is structured for scale." He did not disclose the size of the new space or the cost of the move.
The company’s platform includes Veridian Management, Veridian Landscaping, Veridian Safety, Veridian Insurance, and its proprietary vHQ Portal.
