Verde AgriTech shareholders approve all AGM resolutions

Verde AgriTech Ltd. (TSX: NPK | OTCQX: VNPKF) held its annual general meeting on Thursday in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Shareholders approved every resolution put before them by a show of hands, the company said in a release.

The meeting also marked the retirement of director Cristiano Botelho Veloso, for which no vote was sought.

Verde is a Brazil-focused specialty fertilizer producer. It is also advancing the Minas Americas Global Alliance rare earth project in Minas Gerais, using its existing operational platform to push exploration and technical de-risking forward.

The company trades on the TSX and OTCQX.
