Univar Solutions Names Addison Transportation 2026 MVP Carrier

Rob McRae, Vice President of Transportation, North America for Univar Solutions, said the year's recipients "consistently showed what strong carrier partnerships look like – operating safely, communicating clearly and bringing practical solutions that help us deliver with confidence in a dynamic supply chain environment."

The Downers Grove, Illinois-based company distributes specialty ingredients and chemicals to industrial users. It runs its own fleet but also contracts with hundreds of third-party carriers across North America.

Addison Transportation took the MVP award, which goes to the carrier that "goes above and beyond to support Univar Solutions and its customers through exceptional service, creative problem solving and a strong commitment to partnership," the company said. Honorable mentions were given but not named in the release.
