Eligible users on Binance can buy and sell TGL shares alongside crypto and other products. The platform does not create a new listing; Treasure Global remains listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the TGL ticker.
Treasure Global said the new access channel would broaden its exposure to international and digitally focused investors. The company operates from Malaysia and provides technology solutions for retail and service businesses, including digital transformation, e-commerce, fintech, and data analytics.
Binance reported more than 323 million registered users across over 100 countries as of July 2026. Its traditional finance products generated more than $80 billion in monthly trading volume.
Treasure Global also runs the ZCITY Super App, a consumer platform that combines electronic payments with loyalty rewards. As of March 31, 2026, ZCITY had 2.71 million registered users.
The Binance access connects Treasure Global with a large user base already active on a multi-asset platform. The company said it plans to continue exploring opportunities that expand its global capital-markets presence.
