Swapiz lets Telegram users swap 50+ cryptocurrencies without KYC or an account. Non-custodial, in-chat flow targets the app's 1 billion users. Swap times target under 2 minutes.
A new bot called Swapiz went live inside Telegram, letting users swap more than 50 cryptocurrencies without leaving the chat app. No account creation. No email. No identity verification.
Telegram crossed one billion monthly active users this year, and crypto communities have operated inside the app for years – running signals groups, coordinating DeFi moves, trading tips. Swapiz is betting the trading infrastructure should sit where the community already is. Users open the bot, create a wallet inside the chat interface, pick currencies, deposit funds, and confirm the swap. The entire flow stays inside Telegram.
Current swap times run between two and fifteen minutes. Chief Technology Officer Michael Rodriguez said the platform is working to get that number under two minutes, which would put it in competitive territory for cross-chain swaps. Those have historically been slow, requiring users to bridge assets through separate protocols and wait on confirmations across multiple networks. Rodriguez did not give a specific timeline for when that speed target would be hit.
The non-custodial structure is what privacy-focused users will notice first. Swapiz does not hold user funds. Users keep control of their assets throughout the swap process, a meaningful distinction from centralized exchanges where users hand crypto to a third party. Non-custodial setups have grown more popular since a string of high-profile exchange collapses reminded everyone what counterparty risk looks like in practice.
Swapiz says it uses advanced encryption and non-custodial technology to keep transactions secure. The absence of KYC means no personal data sits on a server waiting to be breached. For users in regions where crypto regulations are murky or where privacy is a genuine concern, that is a real selling point.
The bot runs 24/7 support, though whether that support is automated or human is not specified in available information.
Telegram bots for crypto have existed for a while – some focused on trading, some on portfolio tracking, some on launching memecoins. The combination of no-KYC swaps, non-custodial control, and 50-plus supported cryptocurrencies inside a single Telegram interface stands out from more narrowly focused bots already in the app.
The design is supposedly built for beginners and experienced users alike. What seems genuinely accessible is the flow: wallet creation happens inside the bot, currency selection is straightforward, and transaction confirmation does not require understanding gas fees or bridge mechanics at a technical level. Whether that holds up when a swap hits a snag mid-process is harder to know without more user data.
Telegram's reach gives Swapiz a distribution advantage that a standalone app or web platform would not have. Getting someone to download a new app is hard. Getting them to start a bot conversation inside an app they already use every day is much easier. Crypto-native Telegram users – the ones already in trading groups, NFT communities, DeFi chats – are exactly the audience most likely to try a swap bot without much convincing.
The specific list of supported assets has not been detailed publicly at launch.
Swapiz is live now. Current swap times sit at two to fifteen minutes.
