Target Darts and Powerleague have agreed a three-year exclusive deal to install connected darts setups across 20 UK venues, the companies said Tuesday.
The partnership will see 41 Target Dartzones rolled out at Powerleague sites in 2026. Each zone uses Target's OMNI auto-scoring system, which calculates scores as darts land, together with the Target Arcade and DartCounter platforms. Players can throw real darts at a real board while playing interactive games and classic darts, the companies said.
Thousands of weekly small-sided footballers at Powerleague venues will now have access to the same Dartzone setups used by Target-managed professionals like Luke Littler, Beau Greaves and Nathan Aspinall, according to the announcement.
James Tattersall, CEO of Target Darts, said the sport is “enjoying significant growth” and the partnership creates “more opportunities for people to discover and enjoy the sport.” He added that Target is adding “another competitive and entertaining dimension to the small-sided football experience.”

Powerleague will also become an official venue partner for Target Darts' youth development programmes, supporting grassroots participation and player pathways, the companies said.
The first Dartzone opens at Powerleague Birmingham on Aug. 24, with further installations scheduled through 2026.
