Chemanol shares stay suspended after missing financial filings. Edaa updates portfolios on 19 July; an OGM on 6 August adds the audit committee report for 2025.
The Saudi Exchange adjusted the reference price for Methanol Chemicals Company (Chemanol) to SAR 39.88, following a capital reduction approved by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting on 14 July.
Despite the price change, Chemanol shares remain suspended because the company has not published required financial statements. The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will reflect the capital reduction in shareholder portfolios on 19 July.
Trading will not resume until Chemanol meets its reporting obligations. The exchange said it is monitoring the situation regarding financial disclosures.
Chemanol added an ordinary general meeting scheduled for 6 August, attaching the audit committee report for 2025 in English for shareholder review.
