Traysar launched with $25M led by Silent Ventures, targeting underground security and defense. The round includes Lux Capital, Ora Global, and angel investors from Anduril and Erebor.
Traysar emerged from stealth with $25 million in seed funding led by Silent Ventures, the company said Friday at the 2026 Reindustrialize Summit in Austin. The round includes Lux Capital, Ora Global, and a group of angel investors: Steve Blank, founders from Anduril and Erebor, NeverLift VC, Mana, Impatient Ventures, New Vista and Entree Capital.
The company has developed a new class of autonomous subterra platforms designed to penetrate and secure the domain beneath the Earth's surface. Traysar said its robots address a growing need for subsurface security, infrastructure monitoring, and defense applications in underground environments.
Traysar was co-founded by Yadin Soffer, Asher Katz, and Gilad Adin. The company plans to use the seed funding to expand its engineering team and deploy initial systems with government and commercial customers.
The Reindustrialize Summit, focused on advanced manufacturing and defense technology, provided the launch platform for Traysar's public debut. The seed round's mix of deep-tech venture firms and strategic angels from the defense sector underscores the perceived value of underground-domain capabilities in both military and civil contexts.
