Stonefire Grill's new Mediterranean Market Salad delivers 48 grams of protein per serving. The $149.99 Summer Grill Package targets group dining through Sept. 7.
Stonefire Grill, a fast-casual chain with 12 Southern California locations, added a Mediterranean Market Salad and a Summer Grill Package to its menu Monday. The salad delivers 48 grams of protein when topped with chicken.
The menu changes target summer demand for protein-heavy meals and shareable family bundles, CEO David Youngberg said. “Our menu lineup features protein-packed beef, chicken, pork and seafood options prepared fresh daily, while our summer menu additions bring Mediterranean-inspired flavors and even more customizable options,” he said.
The Mediterranean Market Salad uses mixed greens, tomatoes, feta cheese, garbanzo beans, cucumber, pickled red onion and fried quinoa. Customers can add grilled chicken breast or hand-carved tri-tip, with a quinoa option also available. The personal size with chicken provides 48 grams of protein.
The Summer Grill Package costs $149.99 and serves a group. It includes two racks of pork baby back ribs, 36 ounces of grilled chicken breast, a half pan of Caesar or garden salad, a half pan of potato salad, and 20 breadsticks. Guests can upgrade the salad or substitute sides. The offer runs through Sept. 7.
Stonefire now lets customers turn any personal-size salad into a wrap at no extra charge. The chain operates in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Ventura and Orange counties.
The Summer Grill Package is available through Sept. 7.
