St. Regis Deer Valley partners with Park City Farmers Market vendors for a monthly Farm to Table Dinner Series starting July 17, 40 seats at $120 per person.
The St. Regis Deer Valley is launching a Farm to Table Dinner Series this summer, partnering with vendors from the Park City Farmers Market. Executive Chef Matthew Fradera and his team will use exclusively local ingredients for each meal.
The first dinner is set for July 17, 2026 at 6 p.m. Special guests include Dan Curran of Frisky Fresh Fish and Todd Coleman of Mountain Town Farm, both regulars at the Farmers Market. The dinners will be held monthly through the summer on the resort's Grand Lawn, which overlooks the Wasatch Range. Each seating is capped at 40 guests. Tickets are $120 per person. Optional wine pairings are available. If weather forces the event indoors, it moves to RIME, the resort's signature restaurant.
The series is one of several seasonal dining options at the resort. The Summer Sunday Brunch at RIME runs weekly from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and was voted 'Best Of 2026.' Pricing is $85 for adults and $30 for children. RIME's menu is also served in the Wine Vault, which holds 10,000 bottles across more than 1,200 labels.
La Stellina, the Italian restaurant, now has a new terrace for outdoor dining. Brasserie 7452 offers French fare and serves its menu on the Mountain Terrace with a Garden of Fire. The St. Regis Bar is the birthplace of the 7452 Bloody Mary, named for the resort's altitude. New summer cocktails include "Check Out Thyme" and "Strawberry Fields." The bar also runs a $25 Beer and Burger Special every Tuesday, featuring resort-brewed suds like Tipsy Trolly and Main Street Lager.
Guests can arrive via the resort's funicular, the only one at a North American resort, which covers 230 vertical feet in 90 seconds with views of the Wasatch Range. Reservations for the dinner series can be made at SRDVdining.com or by calling 435-940-5739.
