Soitec SA AGM 2026: New CEO Remont Attends First Meeting

The chairman appointed two scrutineers: Bpifrance Participations, represented by Samuel Dalens, and CEA Investissement, represented by Julie Galland. Emmanuelle Bely, Soitec's secretary general and secretary to the board, was named secretary of the meeting. Lissalde noted that the chair and scrutineers form the presiding committee.

Also present were CFO Albin Jacquemont and the company's statutory auditors – Benjamin Malherbe of Ernst & Young Audit and Laurent Genin of KPMG. Several board members attended in person.

The meeting followed the standard agenda published in the official bulletin. No financial results or forward guidance were discussed during the opening remarks. The session covered the ordinary and extraordinary items as outlined in the notice of meeting.
