Smartworks leases 1,100 desks in Pune to L&T Tech for ₹55cr rent

Enterprise workplace decisions are increasingly driven by flexibility and the confidence to scale, Neetish Sarda, Smartworks founder and managing director, said in the filing. The company noted that clients with more than 1,000 seats account for about 37% of its total rental revenue.

Smartworks manages office space for mid-to-large enterprises, taking buildings from developers and operating them as fully managed campuses. It counted 770-plus clients as of March 31, 2026, with a portfolio of 16.1 million square feet across 66 centres in 15 Indian cities and Singapore.
