Silexion Therapeutics' CEO and CFO will attend the BIO International Convention in San Diego next week, hosting one-on-one meetings as the company advances its KRAS-targeting RNAi pipeline.
Silexion Therapeutics said its management will attend the 2026 BIO International Convention in San Diego from June 22 to June 25. Chief Executive Officer Ilan Hadar and Chief Financial Officer Mirit Horenshtein-Hadar will host one-on-one meetings during the event. The convention typically draws over 20,000 attendees from biotech and pharmaceutical companies and the investment community.
The BIO Convention is the largest annual gathering of the biotechnology industry in the United States. For clinical-stage companies, the convention is a primary venue for seeking partnerships and licensing deals. Silexion has not yet commercialized any products and is advancing its RNA interference (RNAi) platform targeting KRAS-driven cancers. The company calls KRAS the most common oncogenic gene driver in human cancers.
Silexion said its Phase 2a trial of a first-generation product showed a positive trend compared to chemotherapy alone. The company is now advancing its lead candidate, SIL204, a small interfering RNA (siRNA), toward clinical trials in Israel and the European Union. The candidate is being developed for locally advanced pancreatic cancer. The San Diego meetings give the company a platform to present its pipeline to potential partners.
