Shepherd Insurance Names Kleymeyer President of Employee Benefits

Shepherd Insurance named Matt Kleymeyer as President of Employee Benefits, the firm said. He will be based in the company's Carmel, Indiana headquarters.

Kleymeyer brings nearly 20 years of employee benefits experience. He previously served as Area Executive Vice President and Indiana Market Leader at Gallagher, after co-founding an employee benefits agency that was later sold. His background includes work across small and large group markets, covering sales, client service, operations, and leadership.

In his new role, Kleymeyer will partner with the Employee Benefits leadership team, including Steve Gregory, Shannon Russell, and Susie Brancheau. He will focus on strategic leadership, departmental growth, talent development, and carrier relationships.
