SBM Offshore disclosed the weekly transactions under its EUR227 million (US$270 million) share repurchase program for the period Aug. 6 through Aug. 12, 2026.
The program, announced Feb. 26 and effective Feb. 27, aims to reduce share capital and provide shares for management and employee share programs, the company said in a press release.
