Samsung Malaysia picked 10 semi-finalist teams in the eighth edition of its Solve for Tomorrow STEM competition, the company said Tuesday. The teams, chosen from school entries across the country, will develop prototypes and compete for prizes worth RM114,000 in Samsung products.
The submissions tackled four themes: sports participation and performance, lifestyle and healthcare, learning engagement, and accessibility. A panel from Universiti Malaya judged the entries on creativity, practicality, and potential impact. The university is the competition's academic partner.
