Ruby Slipper rolled out a seasonal menu for summer, adding berry-topped beignets and festive cocktails through July 31. The chain also extended its Kids Eat Free deal on weekdays from 7-10 a.m. with an adult entree purchase.
“We wanted every item to feel bright, fun and made for sharing around the table,” said Chef Marla Chua, the brand’s culinary director. The menu targets the July 4 holiday and the nation’s 250th birthday.
Ruby Slipper, founded in New Orleans in 2008, now runs 26 restaurants across six states under two brands (Ruby Sunshine). In 2025, Newsweek readers ranked it the No. 2 breakfast chain in the U.S. It also won Nation’s Restaurant News’ Breakfast Showdown. Both brands serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, coffee, and cocktails.
The loyalty app – Ruby Bennies – lets customers earn points on direct orders and redeem rewards. Two children per adult entree can eat free as long as each is 12 or under.
