Royalton Hotels & Resorts is betting that the binge-worthy luxury resort drama on your TV screen will make you pay for the real thing. The company introduced a seven-night package at its Royalton Reserve Paraíso de la Bonita property in Mexico, priced at $150,000 per couple, that includes private jet transport, a dedicated concierge team, and accommodations in the resort's Reserve Building – once a private residence that hosted heads of state and art auctions.
The package, announced Wednesday, starts before guests reach the property. Travelers fly from New York or Toronto on a Royalton-branded private jet, then skip immigration lines at Cancun International Airport before a private SUV transfer to the resort, about 20 minutes away.
Royalton Reserve Paraíso de la Bonita sits on a strip of coast between protected mangroves and the Caribbean Sea. It is one of three all-inclusive Luxury Collection resorts globally, a Marriott brand. The Reserve Building, where guests stay, contains only 10 suites. The package includes the Chairman Three Bedroom Luxury Ocean Front Suite.
Guests are greeted with the resort's signature CucuFizz cocktail – fresh pineapple, cucumber, sparkling water, and ice – or a Prosecco-topped CucuFizz Spritz for those celebrating. The experience is designed around "personalized service, timeless luxury, and unforgettable storytelling," the company said in a statement.
