REV Engages GLJ for First Helium Drill Campaign

The engagement comes as REV prepares for its first-ever drilling, focused on high-impact helium discovery opportunities in the Northern Great Plains. The company is also evaluating potential acquisitions and prospective areas for natural hydrogen deposits. REV and MAX Power have been collaborating technically for more than a year. REV remains one of MAX Power's largest shareholders, holding six million shares.

GLJ is a Calgary-headquartered energy consulting group with more than five decades of industry experience across conventional and emerging energy resources. Its team includes engineers, geoscientists, and energy professionals. The expanded technical bench gives REV more capacity to ramp up project development in Montana and elsewhere while it prioritizes opportunities across its helium portfolio.

The company believes strengthening its technical foundation is an important step toward reducing subsurface uncertainty before drilling, Potts said.
