Redhead Burger Brings Smash Burgers to Doral's Plaza 87

The menu centers on a special blend of beef developed for flavor and juiciness under pressure. Options include a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with pepper jack cheese and lettuce with caramelized onions and Redhead sauce on a potato bun, and a Mushroom Burger with a fried portobello mushroom, lettuce, tomato and Redhead sauce on a potato bun. Sides include house-cut fresh fries and tater tots in regular or Cajun-spiced versions, plus loaded options. Milkshake choices include vanilla and chocolate, plus specialty flavors like Dulce de Leche and Nutella.

“The growth we’ve experienced in the last year is still somewhat surreal,” co-owner Sammy Mounayyer said. “Bringing the quality Redhead Burger experience to new audiences across the United States is the goal.”

The chain's expansion follows a strong following in South Beach and Las Vegas. The Doral location is at 5755 NW 87th Ave #104.
