Rawajeh and Flow team up to develop branded residential communities in Saudi Arabia, tapping into Vision 2030's real estate push. First project details expected in coming months.
Rawajeh Group, a Saudi investment and real estate development firm, and Flow, a global real estate brand operator, said they would form a strategic partnership to develop and manage branded residential communities in the kingdom.
The deal targets the growing market for branded residences in Saudi Arabia, a sector the government is pushing under Vision 2030 to diversify the economy and attract foreign capital. Rawajeh brings local land holdings and development experience. Flow runs branded residences for hotel operators and luxury labels, contributing its operational platform and brand management.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The companies did not provide a timeline for specific projects.
The partnership follows a string of similar collaborations in the Gulf as international operators enter Saudi Arabia's real estate market. The government's push to lift home ownership and build tourism infrastructure has drawn global brands that previously focused on Dubai and Qatar.
For Flow, the agreement extends its Middle East presence. For Rawajeh, it adds an experienced partner for the operational side of residential communities, where a recognizable brand can lift property values.
The partnership is effective immediately. The companies said they expect to announce the first project details in the coming months.
