Ramboll wins a spot on the £3.5bn CPS 2 framework, gaining access to central government and public sector contracts worth up to £20m in new revenue.
Ramboll has been named a supplier on the £3.5 billion Construction Professional Services 2 framework, a four-year contract vehicle that replaces the Crown Commercial Service framework. The Government Commercial Agency launched the CPS 2 in April as the primary route to market for construction and infrastructure professional services across central government and the wider public sector.
The appointment gives Ramboll access to opportunities across major central government departments including the Ministry of Defence and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, plus more than 200 public sector bodies. Those include local authorities, NHS trusts, education providers, emergency services, devolved administrations and other government-funded organisations. The framework also covers existing Ramboll clients such as Network Rail and National Highways.
Ramboll expects the CPS 2 appointment to generate up to £20 million in additional revenue. The firm said the framework strengthens its position in the UK public sector market and supports continued growth across transport, infrastructure, buildings and energy.
