Nobel Hygiene Ltd, backed by Quadria Capital, filed draft papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for an initial public offering, according to a draft prospectus. The IPO includes a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹150 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 1.55 crore equity shares from promoters and existing investors.
The OFS involves promoters Kamal Kumar Johari and Kamini Kamal Johari, along with investors such as Orbit Investment Holdings, Sixth Sense India Opportunities III and Bennett Trading LLP, the draft red herring prospectus showed.
Proceeds from the fresh issue will go toward repaying debt, investing in subsidiary Nobel Hygiene Baroda Pvt Ltd, and expanding manufacturing capacity at Halol in Gujarat. The expansion includes a brownfield manufacturing-cum-warehousing facility and an adult diaper production line. Some funds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Nobel Hygiene sells products under brands including Friends, Teddyy, B-Fit, Snuggy and RIO. The portfolio spans adult and baby hygiene, as well as feminine care. As of March 31, 2026, the company had more than 1,150 stock-keeping units. It operates 14 manufacturing lines at Nashik and Halol, with an aggregate annual capacity of nearly 1,891 million units.
The distribution network reaches about 270,000 retail outlets across 31 states and Union Territories through roughly 300 stockists and more than 400 distributors. The company also exports to 19 countries.
For the fiscal year ended March 2026, revenue from operations rose 14.6% to ₹846.75 crore from ₹739.14 crore a year earlier. Profit jumped to ₹18.91 crore from ₹2.28 crore, the prospectus said.
ICICI Securities and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors are the book-running lead managers. SBI Capital Markets is also a book runner.
The IPO timeline depends on SEBI clearance. No date has been set for the issue.
