Admin fix adds IAS 34 compliance statement. All previously reported results unchanged. OSC listing is standard transparency measure.
Q-Gold Resources refiled its interim financial statements for the quarter ended March 31 after Ontario Securities Commission staff flagged a missing compliance statement during a routine review tied to the company's base shelf prospectus filing.
The change is administrative. No financial results were revised and no restatement was required. The only addition is an unreserved statement of compliance with IAS 34 Interim Financial Reporting. All numbers are exactly as first disclosed, the company said.
Under OSC procedure, the refiling puts QGold on the regulator's public Refilings and Errors list for three years from the refiling date. The list is a standard transparency measure applied to any issuer that amends its continuous disclosure record during a staff review, regardless of whether the change is material.
The amended filing and related management discussion and analysis are available on SEDAR+.
QGold is a Canadian gold developer focused on the Quartz Mountain Gold Project in Oregon. The stock trades on the TSX Venture Exchange.
