PVV Infra wins two highway amenity projects in Madhya Pradesh

PVV Infra has picked up two Letters of Award from National Highways Logistics Management Limited, the NHAI special-purpose vehicle, for wayside amenities on a DBOT basis. The projects sit on two National Highway corridors in Madhya Pradesh: NH-44's Gwalior–Jhansi stretch carries an annual lease rent of ₹73.40 lakh, and NH-752D's Ujjain–Garoth corridor comes with ₹1.76 crore annually. The company will design, build, operate and maintain the facilities.

The Dhanodiya project on the Ujjain–Garoth corridor has a strategic angle. Ujjain hosts the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga, and the corridor is expected to see a jump in vehicular and pilgrim traffic ahead of the Simhastha Purna Kumbh Mela 2028. Gadde Ramakrishna, Wholetime Director at PVV Infra, said India's highway ecosystem is going through rapid change, with more focus on world-class traveller facilities and integrated wayside infrastructure. He said the company is committed to delivering high-quality amenities that improve the travel experience and create long-term value for stakeholders.

PVV Infra has also qualified technically for four more wayside amenity projects where financial bids are pending. Two are on the Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway in Andhra Pradesh, and two on the Delhi–Dehradun Corridor in Uttar Pradesh. Revenues from these contracts will come in only after the facilities are developed, commissioned and run according to the concession agreements.
