Purity for Information Technology Co. signed a unified framework agreement with the Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO), the Saudi government body that oversees public-sector project spending.
The agreement lets EXPRO issue task orders to Purity for IT services and solutions over a fixed term without renegotiating commercial terms for each engagement. The company did not disclose the contract ceiling or the expected revenue contribution, according to the statement.
Purity provides enterprise software, system integration, and digital transformation services to government and private-sector clients in Saudi Arabia. The EXPRO deal establishes a direct channel into one of the kingdom's most active efficiency programs, part of the Vision 2030 push to centralize and rationalize government spending.
The framework does not carry a minimum revenue guarantee. Shareholders will watch for the first confirmed task order, which would signal that the relationship is active and generating revenue. Without that, the agreement remains a qualification step. No purchase orders have been announced as of the disclosure.
Purity shares trade on the Saudi Exchange.
