The company did not disclose how it plans to use the proceeds. Peregrine, which describes itself as a technology platform, has not publicly detailed its product or revenue.
Sequoia Capital, a backer of companies such as Stripe and DoorDash, has been an investor in Peregrine since earlier rounds.
