PDI opened registration for its Aug. 21 general meeting webinar. The West African gold producer targets annual production of 400,000 ounces by 2029.
PIMCO Dynamic Income Fund currently carries an Alpha Score of n/a, giving AlphaScala's model a neutral read on the setup.
Predictive Discovery Ltd. (ASX:PDI, TSX:PDI) opened registration Thursday for its general meeting webinar, scheduled for Friday, Aug. 21 at 3:00 p.m. Australian Western Standard Time. Holders in eastern Canada get the feed at 3:00 a.m. EDT.
The webinar is for viewing; the physical meeting at Grant Thornton Australia's offices in Perth is where shareholders vote. PDI encouraged holders to lodge proxies online or follow the instructions in the proxy form. Interested parties, not just shareholders, can register as well.
PDI enters the meeting as a two-mine gold producer. Kiniero in Guinea started up in late 2025. Nampala in Mali has been running since 2017. The company says those assets provide the cash flow to fund its growth plans while it advances Bankan, its long-life development project, also in Guinea.
Bankan is the growth piece. PDI calls it a Tier-1 project approaching construction-ready status, one of Africa's largest undeveloped gold projects. The definitive feasibility study, released to ASX on June 25, 2025, targets about 250,000 ounces a year over more than 12 years of mine life.
PDI's 2029 target is group output above 400,000 ounces a year from a low-cost Guinean hub that pairs the two adjacent deposits. The plan assumes Bankan gets built on schedule; the notice's forward-looking statements flag permitting and development funding for Bankan as the key variables. Gold price swings sit in the same cautionary list.
PDI confirmed the assumptions behind the Bankan and Kiniero production targets, from the June 2025 DFS release and Robex's Aug. 22, 2025 technical report amendment, remain unchanged.
Shareholders who can't make Perth must register through the webinar link to watch. The company secretary authorised the announcement.
