Pace Digitek Arm Signs AI Data Centre Supply Deal With MEGMEET

Pace Digitek Ltd.'s subsidiary Lineage Power Private Ltd. (LPPL) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with MEGMEET Electrical India Pvt. Ltd. to supply AI data centre power systems in India, the company said Thursday.

MEGMEET will act as a strategic supplier of AI data centre power systems and related products to LPPL under the deal. The arrangement covers technical support, product upgrades, training, and lifecycle after-sales services. Product supply will follow mutually agreed purchase orders.

The agreement extends a business relationship of more than five years between the two companies in telecom power solutions. LPPL will add AI data centre power systems to its existing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing and integration portfolio.
