Novartis reaffirmed its 2026 guidance for mid-single-digit revenue growth and high-single-digit core operating income growth, both in constant currencies.
The results were driven by its key growth products, including heart drug Entresto and the psoriasis treatment Cosentyx. The company's innovative medicines segment posted sales of $11.4 billion, up 8% from a year earlier.
