Novanta Sets Aug. 5 for Q2 Report, Aug. 6 Call

Novanta Inc. will release second-quarter results after the close on Wednesday, Aug. 5, and host a conference call the next morning at 8 a.m. ET, the company said Monday.

The Boston-based supplier of core technology for medical and advanced industrial equipment makers said the call can be accessed by dialing (888) 346-3959 or via a live webcast on its investor relations page. A replay will be available about three hours after the call ends and remain posted until Oct. 5.

Novanta's components go into precision medicine, robotics, and surgical systems. The company's shares trade on the Nasdaq under NOVT.

The Q2 print comes as investors watch for updates on demand from medical-device customers and the pace of capital spending in advanced manufacturing. Novanta has not pre-announced results or issued guidance for the quarter.
