The Agency said Chris Resop, managing partner of its Naples office, ranked as the firm's top agent for 2025 and 20th nationally in the 2026 RealTrends rankings. Resop closed $423.08 million in total sales volume across 48 transactions.
His year was capped by the $85 million sale of 575 Admiralty Parade West, a 17,202-square-foot Port Royal estate with 250 feet of Naples Bay frontage. Resop represented both sides of the deal, which stands as the highest-priced single-family home sold in Collier County and the most expensive non-beachfront property in the region.
A Naples native and former MLB pitcher, Resop has built nearly $2.5 billion in career sales alongside his wife, Kara. The Agency credited the firm's top ranking to the surge of high-net-worth buyers relocating to Southwest Florida for its climate, waterfront lifestyle and tax advantages.
