Shark Tank season 18 adds MrBeast, Mindy Kaling, J.J. Watt as guest sharks, while Kendra Scott and Rashaun Williams become permanent investors.
Shark Tank will return this fall with a slate of guest sharks that includes YouTube star MrBeast, actor Mindy Kaling, former NFL defensive end J.J. Watt, and entrepreneur Steven Bartlett. ABC announced the lineup Tuesday.
The network also named Erin Foster and Sara Foster, co-founders of apparel brand Favorite Daughter, as guest sharks. MrBeast, born Jimmy Donaldson, is the most-subscribed creator on YouTube. Jeffrey Housenbold, CEO of Beast Industries, will also sit in as a guest shark. Kaling, an award-winning writer and actor, recently premiered her Hulu series Not Suitable for Work in June.
Alongside the guest list, ABC said permanent sharks Barbara Corcoran, Lori Greiner, Robert Herjavec, Daymond John, Daniel Lubetzky, and Kevin O'Leary will return. Kendra Scott and Rashaun Williams, who previously appeared as guest sharks, have been promoted to permanent investors this season.
The reality series pits entrepreneurs pitching their businesses against the sharks, who decide whether to invest. The 18th season premieres this fall on ABC.
