MiniTool Partition Wizard 13.9 Adds BitLocker Manager for Encryption

Version 13.9 also expands support for operations on BitLocker-protected drives. The set of allowed actions depends on the partition's encryption status – unlocked drives can be resized, moved, or copied, while locked drives are read-only to preserve encryption integrity.

NTFS partition handling was improved as well. The software now supports cluster sizes up to 2 MB, matching the Windows maximum. Resize operations use a method chosen by the partition layout, cutting down on processing time.

MiniTool added smaller usability fixes that affect compatibility and reliability across supported Windows versions. The company develops partition management, data recovery, backup, and multimedia tools for home and business users.
