Swiggy Instamart partners with MINISO for 10-minute delivery of IP-licensed merchandise. Harry Potter, Hello Kitty and Disney Stitch products go live across metros first.

Swiggy Instamart now delivers Harry Potter notebooks and Hello Kitty keychains in 10 minutes. The quick-commerce platform on Friday announced a partnership with MINISO, the global lifestyle retailer, bringing more than 90 products from its catalogue to metro shoppers.
The initial rollout leans hard on licensed pop-culture merchandise. Fans can order items tied to Harry Potter, Hello Kitty, My Melody, Kuromi, BT21 and Disney's Stitch across stationery, toys and accessories. For Instamart, the move pushes the platform deeper into non-grocery categories – electronics, beauty and toys were already live – and into impulse purchases and gifting.
The collaboration is MINISO's first quick-commerce push in India. The retailer's distribution partner, Opptra, handles the logistics integration. Charmaine Chan, Vice General Manager of MINISO India, said the partnership would bring the brand's IP-linked products to more consumers "with greater speed and convenience."
Gautam Swaroop, Chief Business Officer at Instamart, said the partnership aims to build "a more comprehensive everyday shopping destination" by adding lifestyle products to the delivery menu. Instamart and MINISO plan to expand both the product list and the city footprint in coming months.
The deal highlights a shift for physical retailers that has gained traction across India's quick-commerce sector: dark stores doubling as digital storefronts for non-grocery goods, bypassing the footfall dependency of malls and high streets. MINISO globally has relied on mall locations; the Instamart tie-up gives it a logistics network that reaches home addresses directly.
