MDJM's Bo Wang presents at the OTCQB Virtual Investor Conference on Aug. 6, covering the Mirai acquisition and Fernie Castle plans in a live Q&A.
MDJM Ltd (OTC: UOKAF), a UK-based asset management company focused on cultural goods, said Bo Wang, director, will present at the OTCQB Virtual Investor Conference on Aug. 6. The live, interactive online event, hosted by VirtualInvestorConferences.com, lets investors ask questions in real time. An archived webcast will be posted after the event.
The presentation follows the company's June 11 completion of a controlling stake in Japan's Mirai. Mirai runs a nationwide distribution network for IP-based trendy products, covering physical and online retail plus cross-border export. The business generates about $30 million in annual volume. MDJM said the acquisition resolves its long-standing weakness in global commercialization, letting self-developed and artist co-branded IP goods move through established channels.
MDJM has also built a dual-content IP creation system. It is working with Spanish studio Abano and French studio H5 on animated projects rooted in Eastern philosophy, including a Journey to the West-themed series. In parallel, it has started talks with top global artists to create exclusive co-branded IP under the Fernie Cultural Universe.
At Fernie Castle in Scotland, planning is underway for the property's redevelopment. The company has finalized the layout for offline retail zones, immersive artist exhibition halls, and sculpture installation areas. It has assembled an advisory board spanning academia, film, and architecture: sinologist Professor Duncan Campbell, cultural scholar Professor CHENG Pei-kai, animation producer Chelo Loureiro, Oscar-winning studio H5, architect Kengo Kuma, and heritage restoration firm Simpson & Brown.
The Fernie Castle Exhibition Hall and an Oriental Garden designed by Kengo Kuma are slated for full completion, forming a landmark that blends Eastern and Western culture. The space will hold permanent artist exhibitions and outdoor installations, plus exclusive zones for limited-edition merchandise. A companion Digital Museum is planned for launch online, with virtual exhibitions and member pre-orders. MDJM described the setup as a bridge between online and offline consumption.
Using Mirai's Japanese distribution network, the company plans to expand cross-border sales into Europe. It sees the full chain as a closed loop: original animation production, co-branded IP incubation with global artists, distribution through Mirai, and operation across the physical castle halls and digital museum. MDJM lists six competitive barriers, including differentiated content, a global creative alliance, a closed-loop industrial chain, capital support from a listed platform, the tangible asset value of Fernie Castle, and a dual IP supply system for mass consumers and high-end collectors.
