Maxpeedingrods has introduced the IDDS Series Coilover System, an aftermarket suspension setup with electronic damping control that lets drivers adjust settings from inside the car.
The system, which goes on sale in September 2026, uses solenoid valve technology to change damping force in less than 10 milliseconds, the company said. It offers four modes: Comfort, Standard, Sport, and Custom, with Custom allowing separate front and rear adjustment.
Traditional coilovers require manual adjustment at each damper, making it inconvenient to switch between comfort and performance settings. The IDDS Series aims to solve that by integrating electronic control into a standalone unit that does not need CAN bus communication, Maxpeedingrods said.
