Fraser Hartley, a Vancouver-based corporate finance lawyer and partner at Nexa Legal LLP, joins alongside Dennis Beker, a Toronto-based corporate and securities lawyer from Founders LLP. Both have served on boards of other TSX Venture Exchange issuers.
