"We plan to serve each signature dish with American favorites like fries, hashbrowns, and the like," Win said. She described the approach as a way to introduce Asian cuisine while keeping it familiar for most American diners.

Win also sees the festival as a recruiting tool for franchise growth. "These highlight menu items are meant to introduce the Lime House flavor profile to everyone," she said. "We'd like more people to know about our menu. With that, we can probably get more people to be interested in owning a franchise as well."
