LEON has brought back the 2004 original Superfood Salad to its menus. The dish, priced from £7.95, returns to the chain's locations nationwide.

The salad sits alongside the existing menu as a limited-time offering. LEON did not specify how long the item would remain available or whether the return was tied to a broader seasonal push.

The original Superfood Salad was part of LEON's early menu when the chain launched in 2004. Its return taps into nostalgia for the brand's founding recipes, a move other fast-casual chains have used to drive traffic during slower periods.

LEON operates roughly 70 locations across the UK, mostly in transport hubs and city centers. The chain was acquired by EG Group in 2021 and has since focused on streamlining its menu and supply chain.

A company spokesperson said the return was driven by customer requests. No further menu changes were announced.
